    1. Janet, I am so with you. I have dealt with it over 3 yrs. Shots, injections, nerve burning…..you name it, I CAN NOT manage to get relief. I go to be most days at 5 and wait an hour or two for the raw burning to stop. I am so glad I accidently saw your post. Best of thoughts to you

  1. I had to do a lot of sitting and mingling with people because of death in my immediate family. Plus with all the stress my fibromyalgia went into overdrive last week. The lower cheek pain into my pelvic are and the burning is too much!

    1. I need relief desperately. I have fibro and sit in a wheelchair all day. There are no other options. Lying in bed is just as bad, if not worse. There is no relief, not even with opiod pan pills. I can’t walk due to inoperable knees, so I can’t do yoga…I would never be able to get up off the floor. I rarely leave the house, so no massage for me.. Too painful. What can I do? I’m losng so much sleep over this buttocks pain.

I like what you have all written, my problem starts when I start walking 10/15 steps are my limit and the pain is so bad I have great difficulty to get back to a chair then sitting I have to keep moving about In the chair because no wear in comfy until the pain disappears then I’m ok until I walk again. Hope someone can help.
