  1. Most of these tips just can’t be done when you have toddlers as a single parent. I’m sure they would help, just don’t work for everyone

    1. Not a single parent but have a 23 month old and 4 year old. Definitely don’t have the chance to shower unless my husband (who is miltary) is home. Stretching helps but there are times I dint even have time to do that.
