People who have fibromyalgia will usually be accompanied with the symptoms of fatigue syndrome and chronic pain.

It is not mandatory that a solution working for someone have to work for another individual as well.

This may not be the case for everyone as some people will experience day time drowsiness and fatigue due to lack of enough sleep.

If you rest well, that can be very helpful in suppressing the suffering that comes out of fibromyalgia or fatigue condition.

Changing the diet plan

A full meal diet may not be very comfortable on every individual. Indigestion can also contribute to some of the symptoms of fibromyalgia and fatigue condition.

With fatigue people also find it very difficult to move from one place to another place to pick up items or do some work.

This has provided a significant change in people who have fatigue and fibromyalgia symptoms. Mobility is also very important as staying in a position for a long time can create stiffness and spasms in the muscles.

When there is a necessity to move it becomes difficult. Even if people have worse condition of fatigue or fibromyalgia, mobility exercises should be done regularly to get rid of the stiffness.

  1. Quite a good article but, you mention herbs but do not go further into this which may be of benefit to some fibro/ CFS suffers. I personally would prefer to take a herbal medicine than the toxic ones given by GPs via the fat cat pharmaceutical companies. I already take Devils Claw as an anti inflammatory as my stomach now can’t take the ones the GP’s recommend – i’ll get an ulcer despite being on Omeprazole
