Watch your Diet
Your diet could be one of the reasons that you have frequent flare ups with the fibromyalgia.
There have been numerous studies completed that show just how your diet could be affecting the symptoms that you have. Here are a few guidelines:
- Avoid caffeine or reduce your caffeine intake
- Eat a balanced diet
- Avoid fast food or greasy foods in general
- Drink plenty of water to stay hydrated
